ATP and Plandata’s unconventional approach to the democratization of BIM standards

The digital opportunity
The stress test was completed successfully! The current challenges represented by the measures to combat the corona pandemic are also affecting architecture and engineering offices. And yet: for companies who have already confidently addressed the challenge of digitalization, even this new complexity can be mastered.
ATP wins 1st prize in an open competition for a four-star hotel tower in Zagreb.
New Year Celebrations: On the first Friday of the new decade, Dario Travaš, Partner and Managing Director of ATP in Zagreb and Head of Design of ATP in Vienna, presented the competition-winning concept by Vienna’s D&R Studio – in cooperation with ATP Zagreb and supported by ATP sustain – for a 4-star hotel. Positioned at the southwestern gateway to the city it should sustainably transform its busy urban setting.
Reestablishment of the management duo
The Viennese construction engineer and BIM expert Harald Stieber, MSc., joined ATP Frankfurt’s two-person management team in September 2019. The experienced manager will now run the 70-strong team in the Offenbach-based architecture and engineering office alongside Solveig Hillebrecht.
IN-Tower honored in the “residential high-rise” category.
The jury was in agreement: The key to good housing design is not mass but class. And class is exactly what they found in the IN-Tower in Ingolstadt, which was designed by ATP Munich. The slender tower with the well laid out apartments was recognized as one of Germany’s top 30 housing projects, when it received an award in the “residential high-rise” category.
