ATP is one of the winners of the German Design Awards 2021: The headquarters of the service providers Markas in Bolzano, which was integrally designed with BIM by ATP’s Innsbruck office, was awarded with a “Special Mention” for its excellent architecture.

Thilo Ebert, an established expert in the field of building services, has joined the Executive Board of ATP architects engineers. This means that this increasingly critical discipline is now represented by a specialist in the top management team of Europe’s leading integrated design office.

“In our daily work – as well as in our teaching and research – we are currently experiencing a huge developmental shift towards the digitalization of our working methods. Barriers that have blocked this progress for years are being blown away overnight,” says Professor Christoph M. Achammer, Chairman of the Executive Board of ATP and Professor for Integrated Construction Planning and Industrial Building in the Institute for Interdisciplinary Construction Process Management of Vienna University of Technology.

The stress test was completed successfully! The current challenges represented by the measures to combat the corona pandemic are also affecting architecture and engineering offices. And yet: for companies who have already confidently addressed the challenge of digitalization, even this new complexity can be mastered.

The Viennese construction engineer and BIM expert Harald Stieber, MSc., joined ATP Frankfurt’s two-person management team in September 2019. The experienced manager will now run the 70-strong team in the Offenbach-based architecture and engineering office alongside Solveig Hillebrecht.
