A World of Experience with the Skin of a Dragon
The powerful and rigorously realized concept of ALEJA shopping center in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, which was integrally designed with BIM by ATP, has created the perfect platform for around 80 shops. And with its rooftop leisure, sporting, and recreational zone and trendy food court the building, which is innovative in both technical and architectural terms, also gives space back to the city.
“Space down below”
Who wouldn’t want to work here? The new headquarters of Markas in Bolzano, which were integrally designed with BIM by ATP, are more than 40 meters high and yet the innovative load-bearing structure means that there’s still “space down below”. A stylishly cool garden level at a height of 14 meters above the ground and open office spaces that are flooded with daylight and offer breathtaking views are amongst the major assets of the office building, which lends the company a true sense of identity and is, naturally, designed to the highest energy efficiency standards.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the new facility of the system supplier and global market leader for building services technology marked the start of construction of a building that will become a reference project in many ways: The building on Austria’s idyllic Attersee, which has been integrally designed with BIM by ATP Vienna and ATP sustain, has a particularly impressive economic footprint: The new-build project received a record number of points according to the requirements of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and has already been presented a “platinum” pre-certificate. The concept for the interactive Viega seminar center also breaks new ground and redefines the existing standards for training centers.

The advent of a new world of work: The “ALPHA Retail Network” – a forward-looking initiative from the food retailer HOFER which has been implemented by ATP Innsbruck – represents a bold step forward.
Transparent manufacturing center for luxury watches
ATP Zurich designed an elegant and transparent manufacturing center for luxury watches for IWC. In formal terms, the seemingly filigree production building recalls the pavilion-like structures of the Modern Movement. Radiating a sense of quality, IWC’s corporate design has been playfully integrated into the architectural language.
