No. 1 in Austria: Once again, we had every reason to celebrate at this year’s Real Estate Brand Awards: ATP was able to ‘take home’ the sought-after award for the eighth time in a row.

As in 2020, the ceremonial gala was replaced by a more intimate prize ceremony. TV presenter Barbara Schöneberger and EUREB CEO Harald Steiner handed over the coveted trophy to the ATP partners Horst Reiner and Dario Travaš in a hybrid event. “ATP architects engineers has 50 years’ experience of interdisciplinary cooperation, we are pioneers and promoters of digitalization and, with our ATP Green Deal, we have set ourselves the target of designing all our buildings to be CO2-neutral in the future – this is what our brand stands for,” was the delighted reaction of Horst Reiner, Managing Director of ATP Vienna to the new award. “Our objective is to build the better buildings – which represent added value for both our clients and society as a whole,” says Reiner.

The integrated design method practiced by ATP is even a highlight of this year’s ECC exhibition at the Architecture Biennale in Venice. Dario Travaš designed an “Integrated Lebensraum” as a multimedia installation for the prominent exhibition, which runs at Palazzo Bembo until 21st November 2021.

About the award
The Real Estate Brand Award is one of the most important real estate awards in Germany and Austria. The EUREB Institute evaluates the brand strength and positioning of architecture offices on the basis of the recognized study of brand values “TOP 500 COMMERCIAL Real Estate Companies”. This year’s ranking took the form of around 35 individual studies in which over 109,000 sectoral experts answered questions about over 1,400 companies. The evaluation focused on the areas of sustainability, innovative energy, and digitalization expertise.
