ATP architects engineers Berlin has had a management duo since January 2022. The architect and real estate economist Anna Kasche, who has already significantly shaped the Berlin office as a Group Leader with her versatility and expertise, has been appointed Managing Director/Architecture.

She now heads the international, 30-strong team together with the Managing Director/Engineering, the building services specialist Jörg Balow. This means that ATP’s unique integrated design culture is now also embodied by the leadership team of its Berlin office.
I’m looking forward to working alongside Jörg Balow as we actively develop the office with the help of my holistic understanding of designing and building and successfully realize complex projects with our fantastic team,” says the new Managing Director/Architecture. For Jörg Balow, Anna Kasche’s arrival in the top management team is a logical step: “During her career, Anna Kasche has experienced all phases of the planning and building process – from design and execution design via tendering and construction management to project management. She’s a true all-rounder. With her extraordinary social competence and passion she embodies the integrated design that makes us so successful at ATP.
Before joining ATP Berlin in 2020, Anna Kasche occupied leading positions in internationally active companies: As an associate director of Arup Deutschland she was responsible for the general planning and management of multidisciplinary projects and she subsequently spent over nine years establishing and running the general planning project team at the office hartmannvonsiebenthal.

ATP Berlin is one of the eleven integrated design offices of ATP architects engineers. With over 1,000 employees, the ATP Group is Europe’s leading integrated design company. Integrated design with BIM is a key prerequisite for lifecycle-oriented buildings, the economical use of resources, and the avoidance of waste. ATP Berlin was founded in 2017 and specializes in complex building projects in the infrastructure, production, office, and housing sectors. Together with ATP Frankfurt, the office was responsible for producing the integrated design of Terminal 2 of Berlin Brandenburg Airport in record time. Amongst other projects, ATP Berlin is currently working on the integrated design of dot.source Campus in Jena, the new corporate headquarters of the digital agency, which will also incorporate office, retail, and residential space.
