Redserve, the subsidiary for sustainable real estate development of ATP architects engineers now has five offices in Austria, Germany, and Croatia. As Managing Director in Germany, the architect and project developer Thomas Stini makes a major contribution to the realization of successful real estate projects thanks to his extensive international experience in the areas of strategic portfolio and location development.
Curiosity, passion, and visionary (re)thinking underline the work of the experienced consultant. His core competences include strategic development, process optimization, and holistic project management. “I believe in passionate project development and the integrated management of real estate investments,” says Thomas Stini, underlining his approach.
The holistic real estate developments planned by redserve are conceived to ensure long-term, future-oriented success and aim to sustainably increase the value of a property. This is why the EU Taxonomy Regulation plays a key role in such consultancy work. Taxonomy compliance is already a decisive factor in growing the value of a portfolio. To this end, Thomas Stini analyzes existing buildings and prepares concepts for a future-proof portfolio that meets both taxonomy and ESG criteria. “At redserve, I see myself as being responsible for contributing to a positive impact in the context of our built environment. I want to help both my clients and my employees to understand and plan the future of a property.”
The social component of real estate projects is particularly important to the project developer. This places him alongside the architect Albert Achammer, Managing Director of ATP Hamburg and co-initiator of the “New Life” initiative, which is devoted to, amongst other things, the revitalization of vacant inner-city department stores. “Social Return on Investment (SROI) is a decisive success and profitability factor, especially in the case of large buildings. This is why I find it important to invest in social measures that reinforce specific ESG strategies and have a measurable impact,” explains Stini.
As part of the integrated ATP network, Stini particularly appreciates the cooperation amongst equals and the engaged employees at redserve. “Regardless of whether we are working in the team, with clients, or in a cooperative venture – we at ATP and, naturally, redserve enjoy a culture of dialog, because this is the basis for successful projects.”
