The architect and real estate economist Annemarie Lippert has been running redserve’s new office in Essen since September. Alongside its operations in Austria and Croatia, ATP’s subsidiary for real estate development consultancy has thus strengthened its presence in Germany.
She sees the cooperation with the architects and engineers in the extensive ATP network as a clear advantage in her work: “On the basis of ATP’s real estate expertise and our own many years of experience and comprehensive specialist know-how we are able to help clients to make sound decisions.” Annemarie Lippert will develop the new office in Essen with the support of her partners in Innsbruck, Josef Liegl and Christian Grottenthaler. Due to its dynamic economic development in the real estate sector, the Rhein-Ruhr metropolitan region is an ideal location for an office providing commercial real estate and specialized construction consultancy services.
Annemarie Lippert studied architecture at the Universities of Bochum and Essen and qualified as a real estate economist at the European Business School. She has been involved in the design, development, and management of real estate projects for over 30 years and her core competences include due-diligence reviews, rental value assessments, cost-effectiveness and PPP-suitability reports, organizational building planning, and design and construction management. Annemarie Lippert has added to her comprehensive expertise through training courses in the areas of strategic planning, cost management, and facility management. Since 1995, she has also been a member of the Chamber of Architects of NRW, where she also trained as an expert in assessing the value of both developed and undeveloped sites.
Before becoming Managing Director of redserve Essen, Annemarie Lippert was Managing Director of Itten+ Brechbühl in Berlin. In addition to successfully establishing new offices, she was also responsible for numerous projects across the DACH Region. These include the general planning of refurbishment, conversion, and new-build projects for, principally, public buildings, the provision of consulting and project management services for the future use of a range of building types, and the support of investor competitions. Prior to this, Annemarie Lippert was an authorized signatory at ASSMANN BERATEN+PLANEN. Other highlights of her CV include spells at BENE KG, where she was Managing Director, Quickborner Team, and Deloitte.
