Focus on integrated design
Founded in 2007, ATP Frankfurt now has over 100 employees. One of the objectives of the new leadership is to strengthen the integrated way of working even further. Dirk Bohnstedt brings many years of management experience that he wants to use in a targeted way to ensure the future success of the office. Integrated design played a decisive role in his switch to ATP. He is convinced of the potential for success offered by ATP’s characteristic interdisciplinary structure: 
 
“The demand from our clients for general planning services is growing continually. ATP is excellently positioned to offer these and takes them a step further in the shape of integrated design: There is no need to pool the input of lots of different offices, and the different specialist planners know each other already and work in a spirit of mutual respect,” says Bohnstedt.

As an authority on the market and the market players in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main Region, Dirk Bohnstedt provides valuable local expertise that he combines with the strengths of the ATP Group. He says that his new team in the Frankfurt office is particularly notable for its diversity and its positive and optimistic approach: “It is the individuals with their individual personalities but also the many different nations in the team that are really responsible for the international spirit at ATP Frankfurt.”

Dirk Bohnstedt
Dirk Bohnstedt studied architecture at TU Braunschweig and TU Darmstadt. He then worked at Dierks Blume Nasedy Architekten and Angela Fritsch Architekten in Darmstadt. He joined KSP Engel in Frankfurt in 2013 as a construction manager, before becoming Lead Construction Manager and, in 2018, the Assistant Head of Office and an authorized signatory. He was appointed Spokesman of the Management Team in 2022. He has been Managing Director/Engineering of ATP architects engineers, Frankfurt since March 2024.
