The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is planning a new building in which it can consolidate all the activities of the DIPAK testing and development platform. ATP architects engineers developed a concept that combines functionality, pioneering solutions, and an inspiring working environment – as a result of which it was awarded the contract in the VgV procedure.

According to this year’s WA100 study by the renowned British magazine Building Design (BD), ATP architects engineers is the largest architect-led design office in Europe and ranks among the international leaders in several other categories.

On Thursday October 3, 2024, ATP Partner and Managing Director in Zagreb Dario Travaš opened the exhibition “architecture. From Rijeka to Vienna. ATP architects engineers,” which he curated together with his team, in the City Museum of Rijeka. The subject of the exhibition is ATP’s multi-office design culture. A native of the City of Rijeka, Travaš is also Head of Design of ATP architects engineers in Vienna as well as embodying the many years of cultural and economic exchange between these two forward-looking Central European regions.

This year, ATP architects engineers’ annual Christmas donation is benefitting “Locugee: awakening potentials,” which is organized by the JRS – Jesuit Refugee Service in Vienna. ATP is supporting Pater Martin Rauch S.J. and his team in their work of promoting integration through a contribution of 20,000 euros.

The experienced designer joined the top management team in Frankfurt, where he is responsible for the area of engineering, in March 2024. He now forms the integrated management duo in the German metropolis together with Matthias Koch, Managing Director/Architecture. As the two experts had already worked together before joining ATP, mutual trust was guaranteed from day one.
