ALEJA wins the Global RLI Award
ALEJA District Center in Ljubljana, which was integrally designed with BIM by ATP for SES Spar European Shopping Centers, wins the Global RLI Award in the category “International Shopping Center – New Build”. In the final round, it was victorious against Shopping Center Maximo (Rome/Italy), BEO Shopping Center (Belgrade/Serbia), and InCity Mall (Ningbo Haishu/China).
Production and retail facility for the restaurant and hotel sector in Tyrol and Vorarlberg
An ecologically and economically sustainably designed production and retail facility opened recently in Pians in Tyrol. And the building attracted widespread attention during its construction phase because the ATP-led integrated digital design process (with BIM) also enabled something very special to be achieved – the world’s largest column-supported cross-laminated timber slab.
ATP wins the ICONIC AWARD for innovative architecture for the shopping center ALEJA.
ATP architects engineers has won an ICONIC AWARD for innovative architecture for the fifth time. This year, the prestigious prize has gone to the ALEJA Shopping Center in Ljubljana. “We are particularly delighted to have won this prize. Because it shows that experience-oriented retail architecture and highly-efficient, sustainable building methods complement each other perfectly,” says ATP Lead Project Manager Philipp Pfister.
The seminar center integrally designed by ATP Vienna and ATP sustain has been awarded DGNB Platinum and klimaaktiv Gold certification.
After almost two years on site, ATP joined the client and numerous visitors to celebrate the opening of Viega’s new facility on the idyllic Attersee. The sales and seminar center, which was entirely integrally designed with BIM, has a particularly impressive ecological footprint and was presented with the Platinum certificate of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) during the opening day festivities. And, due to its especially economical use of energy, the building has also been honored with the Gold Award of the “klimaaktiv” initiative of the Austrian government.
Joining forces against the waste of resources and for a circular economy
ATP is seeking to fight the growing shortage of resources in close collaboration with Madaster, the central global cadaster for materials, buildings, and infrastructure.
