Award for the Markas Headquarters in Bolzano
The Markas headquarters in Bolzano, which were integrally designed with BIM by ATP architects engineers, have been awarded the Austrian Green Planet Building Award 2023. The jury primarily emphasized the architecturally well-thought through combination of ecological and social sustainability: “The project sustainably draws on the entire reserve of climate-efficient building ideas while increasing the wellbeing of employees over the long term.”
LEED and ÖGNI platinum certification
The integrated design team of ATP Vienna and ATP sustain also wanted to reach for the sky at the Austro Tower in terms of sustainability – and they were successful. Austria’s fifth-highest building has been awarded platinum certification by the well-known certification systems LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and ÖGNI (Austrian Sustainable Building Council).
Commission for the new building in Albbruck
Pooling hospital building expertise for a successful outcome: VAMED Germany and its design partners ATP architects engineers and Baumschlager Eberle Architekten have been commissioned by the District of Waldshut with the general planning of the new Zentralklinikum Hochrhein. The exemplary hospital building with around 360 beds should be completed in Albbruck by 2029 – as the centerpiece of the health park of the same name that is being realized simultaneously as a separate project.
ATP architects engineers gets even stronger in the area of building services
At the beginning of April 2023 around 120 specialist employees of OBERMEYER Gebäudeplanung moved to the ATP Group. With its new name ITA engineering, the innovative and implementation-oriented building services company is reinforcing its market presence in Munich and Wiesbaden and can now offer forward-looking building services design in all construction sectors.
