Production and retail facility for the restaurant and hotel sector in Tyrol and Vorarlberg
An ecologically and economically sustainably designed production and retail facility opened recently in Pians in Tyrol. And the building attracted widespread attention during its construction phase because the ATP-led integrated digital design process (with BIM) also enabled something very special to be achieved – the world’s largest column-supported cross-laminated timber slab.
CLT production plant with offices
Theurl, the East Tyrolean manufacturer of timber products, has built a new facility for the production of cross-laminated timber (CLT) elements on a site covering around 12.5 hectares in Carinthia. Theurl’s third plant is designed to be able to produce around 100,000 m³ of cross-laminated timber for the trans-regional market every year.
Sustainable on-site generation at Handl Gastro Service
With around 1,000 panels, the largest photovoltaic plant in the district of Landeck (Tyrol) will start operating on the roof of the new operational facility of Handl Gastro Service in May 2021.

A World of Experience with the Skin of a Dragon
The powerful and rigorously realized concept of ALEJA shopping center in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, which was integrally designed with BIM by ATP, has created the perfect platform for around 80 shops. And with its rooftop leisure, sporting, and recreational zone and trendy food court the building, which is innovative in both technical and architectural terms, also gives space back to the city.
