Lars Schwertner is part of the integrated top management team
Ever since its foundation in 2020, ATP architects engineers Hamburg has been growing strongly. More than 60 planning experts are now working in the office. The top management team has recently been expanded and is now a duo: The engineer Lars Schwertner and the Managing Director and architect ETH Albert Achammer form the new integrated dual leadership of the young office.
Award for the headquarters of CERATIZIT Austria
ATP is amongst the „winners“ of the German Design Award 2024: The headquarters of CERATIZIT Austria, which was integrally designed with BIM by ATP architects engineers, Innsbruck, has been honored in the “Excellent Architecture” category. The international expert jury paid special attention to the building’s outstanding design quality and particularly resource-friendly sustainability concept.
ATP donates to support a new orphanage in Poland
This year’s traditional Christmas donation from ATP architects engineers is going to a facility run by the DEMOS Foundation and the organization SIEMACHA in Odporyszów in Southern Poland. Thanks to this help from ATP, the living and rehabilitation spaces of the newly built home for children with disabilities are being equipped with specialist furniture.
New headquarters and production facility
The new headquarters of CERATIZIT Austria in Breitenwang in Tyrol demonstrate that major production facilities can also act as models of environmentally-friendly building. Designed to be both energy-efficient and highly flexible, the complex embodies the spirit of the ATP Green Deal by making optimal use of the locally available resources – especially the renewable raw material wood – and by using the groundwater for cooling, the exhaust heat from the machines for heating, and sunlight for generating electricity.
