“Architectural Capital” for Banking Center
“Sberbank”, Russia’s strongest financial institution, plans to bring together its 40 offices, which are spread right across Moscow, in a single, state-of-the-art headquarters. More than 30,000 employees will find a unique “ecosystem” in the complex in the city’s dynamic financial district. ATP TLP Moscow has been commissioned to design this futuristic giga-project –integrally and digitally with the help of BIM.
Karl Pein returns home to Austria.
In June 2020, the architect and “urban manager” (MSc) Kai-Uwe Reitmann joined the dual leadership system of ATP TLP Moscow. The German expert, who has lived in Russia for many years, will lead the approximately 90 employees of the joint venture (2011) between ATP architects engineers and TLP Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners alongside the engineer Vladimir Horton.
Plandata Managing Director Lars Oberwinter speaks on the Heinze ArchitekTOUR.
The "ArchitekTOUR," which is organized by the German information platform Heinze, traditionally brings together high caliber speakers from the architectural and construction sectors – this year "on screen." For this reason, the presentation by Lars Oberwinter, Managing Director of the ATP subsidiary Plandata, on "BIM Quality Management 2.0" seemed even more appropriate. The BIM expert spoke to his almost 300 online listeners about "How errors (in BIM models) can really make us wiser."
Pupils of the Technical High School in Imst designed a sustainable hospital ward in Ghana in cooperation with ATP.
The prizewinning graduation project by Lisa Kogler and Hanna Draxl from the Technical High School in Imst is a “success” in many ways: Firstly, it builds an “architectural” bridge between Tyrol and Ghana and attracts attention to the “Jordan Medical Center” (JMC), which is reliant on donations. Secondly, it is notable for its references to the traditional local way of building and its embodiment of the idea of climate-friendly building.
The former Tonhallen site in the small town of Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest has lain empty for 20 years. The authorities expect this new development to both revitalize the town center and create a significant architectural bridge between the old town and the banks of the River Brigach. The decision-makers in the urban planning development process were convinced by the concept submitted by ATP Munich and the project developer S&P Commercial Development GmbH, a company of the Sontowski & Partner Group.
